Although it is hard to keep it healthy this time of year. There are still ways to get your sweet-fix without the guilt. Here are 3 mug recipes under 150 calories that will make it easy to whip up a dessert that hits the spot but doesn’t pack on the pounds.

1. Dark Chocolate Mug Cake
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of Zing Baking Blend
- 3 tbsp milk
Mix ingredients with fork. Microwave for 1 minute. Top with low-fat ice cream and strawberry.
2. Pecan Coffee Cake in a Mug
Base:
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp applesauce
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp of Zing Baking Blend
- 1.5 tbsp water
Mix Cinnamon Swirl in separate bowl:
- 1.25 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 crushed pecans
After mixing together the base, fold in Cinnamon Swirl. Microwave for 1 minute. Top with more crushed pecans and a tiny bit of caramel.
3. Snickerdoodle Mug Cake
- 2.5 tbsp applesauce
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp of Zing Baking Blend
- 3 dfrops of butterscotch flavor
- 2 tbsp flour
Microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds. Let cool. Top with vanilla yogurt and brown sugar.
